For three weeks, SongFest will be your home away from home, school away from school, and so much more! The experience you will have is priceless.

Costs

TUITION:  $2,600
HOUSING, MEALS & FACILITY FEE: $2,800
COMMUTER FACILITY FEE: $700
APPLICATION FEE: $50

EARLY BIRD APPLICATION FEE: $25 (DUE FEB 16)

Payment

A non-refundable $700 housing fee deposit (which will be credited to the balance of fees) is due and must be received two weeks after written acceptance into the program.

Commuters – A non-refundable facility fee is due March 20, 2024. 

Tuition balance is due in full – April 1, 2024. 

A partial refund of $1000 will be given on housing/meals if notified IN WRITING and received by March 25, 2024. After March 25, no refunds will be given on any portion of the fees (tuition/housing/meals), including the non-refundable $700 deposit.

Important Dates

  • Application due March 15, 2024. with $50 application fee

  • “Early Bird” application due February 16, 2024 (strongly encouraged) $25 applicants fee.

  • You will not be considered for any scholarship if all materials are not received by

    March 15, 2024 with or before your application.

  • $700 non-refundable deposit will be due received 2 weeks after receiving written acceptance. Acceptance decisions will be sent on or by March 22, 2024. Any scholarship will be included in the acceptance letter.

  • Commuters – A non-refundable $700 facility deposit is due April 1, 2024.

  • Residential – The housing/meals/facility fees balance is due April 10,, 2024 (minus the $700 deposit).

  • The tuition balance is due in full on May 1,, 2024

  • Any Scholarship award may not be applied to housing/meal balances. Please apply for any scholarship award for tuition. EARLY APPLICATIONS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.

Auditions

Auditions will be RECORDED on YAP Tracker.

Work Study

Two work-study positions are available. If interested in work-study please include a letter with your administrative skills and two references.
